We work with organizations to support them through recruiting efforts for executive search, and professional recruiting initiatives.  We also provide job seeker services, which include resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview coaching.  This helps our job seeker clients to put their best foot forward in today’s competitive job market.

Connectly Recruiting was founded by Christina Boudreaux, who is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), who has over 15 years of HR and Talent Acquisition experience and is passionate about helping companies and candidates connect with stellar opportunities.  Christina’s experience includes senior level human resources and recruiting leadership roles in both the private and public sector. Christina has led national talent acquisition organizations for publicly traded companies, and led many initiatives to drive business results through recruiting and retention strategies.
