Connectly Recruiting was founded by Christina Boudreaux, a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) with over 20 years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition. Christina has led national talent acquisition initiatives for publicly traded companies, and successfully orchestrated numerous recruiting and retention strategies to drive business success.

A proud graduate of Louisiana State University, Christina has led Connectly Recruiting to be recognized on LSU’s 2023 and 2024 LSU100 list of fastest-growing, LSU graduate-owned or -led companies. The LSU100 program not only celebrates the success of LSU alumni but also provides a platform to inspire the next generation of LSU entrepreneurs.

Beyond her professional expertise, Christina is passionate about making a positive impact on the Baton Rouge community. She actively participates in organizations such as the National Charity League, supporting causes like BraveHeart, Volunteers of America, St. Vincent de Paul, and the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank. She has also served in leadership roles with the St. George Home and School Association for several years and currently serves on the board for the St. Joseph’s Academy Mother’s Club.
