Connectly Recruiting was founded by Christina Boudreaux, PHR, a Certified Professional in Human Resources with over 20 years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition. Her personal commitment to quality, partnership, and long-term success is at the heart of everything we do.
Christina has served as head of talent acquisition for publicly traded companies, leading national, high-performing teams that delivered thousands of strategic hires annually. She has successfully orchestrated numerous recruiting and retention strategies to drive business success. A proud graduate of Louisiana State University, she has led Connectly Recruiting to be recognized on LSU's 2023, 2024, and 2025 LSU100 list of fastest-growing, LSU graduate-owned or -led companies.
